Will the car be ready for me on the day?
We have customers travel from all over the country, so we try our absolute best to ensure they are ready for you on arrival.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday: 08:30AM - 19:30PM
Saturday: 09:00AM - 18:00PM
Sunday: 10:00AM - 16:00PM
(NOTE - This may differ based on seasons), we also operate on an appointment only basis.
What is your preferred contact method?
Phone call (we are old fashioned!).
Are all the cars available on the website website, available to view on site?
95% of the time they are yes, but we do sell a high % of cars unseen, so it’s always worth giving us a quick call before making plans to visit.
Can I reserve a car online?
Yes a deposit will be required, this can be done over the phone.
Are your cars HPI Checked?
Yes, all cars are checked and a HPI report is available on request.
Are there any parking restrictions?
There is plenty of parking on site, we operate out of our MD’s home. We are located near M25, M4, M40 Motorways. No Parking or congestion charge problems, near Heathrow airport. We also do a meet and greet service from Slough and Gerrards Cross train stations.
You seem far away from us, I'm not sure I want to commute...
We offer to pay travelling expenses if left disappointed. Yes you read that right!
Do you have a showroom?
No we operate from our MD’s home which saves us on overheads.
Is there an admin fee and if so what does it cover?
No we do not charge an admin fee.

How do we know your reviews are genuine?
We have over 45 Google reviews (4.6⭐ Rating out of 5) and 200+ Autotrader reviews (4.9⭐Rating out of 5). Autotrader has a very strict process in place to ensure reviews are genuine.
Step 1 - We have to check with the customer if they would be willing to kindly post a review.
Step 2 - Autotrader runs a check to ensure we have advertised and sold the car through them.
Step 3 - If Autotrader are satisfied with the bona fides of the customer, they would advise their agent Feefo to contact the reviewer. We did hit 5⭐ but customers were cynical, thinking it was too good to be true and that we needed a few bad reviews to show we were human! Haha sometimes we just can’t win.
